Yet another Christmas post...I just can't help myself. What is there not to love about Christmas? And besides, Christmas isn't over yet, we've got all the way until January 6 (Epiphany) to celebrate! Our family was incredibly generous this year...hence the crazy "after" photo above of Christmas presents for just 3 people! The highlights (which are somewhat obvious because they're large) include:
- A snowblower: For blowing all the snow we're sure to get this winter, just like the last 5...this was on Eric's list and I made, I mean, make fun of him for it relentlessly
- An Aerogarden: I've been desiring fresh herbs in my kitchen for quite some time, and thanks to the hubby, I'll not only have herbs, but fresh cherry tomatoes whenever I want :)!
- A ball pit: For the baby, from Santa which, thus far, is more of a throwing balls out of pit, but extremely entertaining
- A Tricycle: For me. Just kidding, it's for the baby too, from his Grandma and Grandpa Clopper. Ryan loves being outside, so this is right up his alley.
- A carpet cleaner: If you've seen the carpets in my house, you might also feel the excitement
There're also books, exercise equipment, toys and all sorts of other goodies in the stash. In case you think there aren't enough toys there, there's also an entire Little People Farm that isn't pictured because most of it is still at Grandma and Grandpa Marino's house where he can play with it more. Clearly, we are all doing our part to help the economy. So thanks to all of our family and friends who always makes us feel loved -- we know
we're spoiled rotten, and we hope all of you are fortunate enough to be feeling the love too!
